The Vanuatu Primary Producers Authority (VPPA) part mandate is to register and assist producers throughout Vanuatu. After registering producers, VPPA can link producers to markets, suppliers, government agencies, financial institutions and even prepare business plans for them. Business plans can then be use to seek financial and other support for these producers.

This upgrade aims to improve efficiency and eliminate the need for transporting heavy paper documents, a challenge faced since registration efforts began in 2021.
