The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vanuatu Primary Producers Authority (VPPA), Timothy Tumukon, says levies are needed for primary products whether for national or international export.
Mr. Tumukon refuted the claim from the Kava Farmers Association recently in the Daily Post that tax will tarnish the export of kava.
