Primary Products Levy Explained
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vanuatu Primary Producers Authority (VPPA), Timothy Tumukon, says levies are needed for primary products whether for national or international export.
Mr. Tumukon refuted the claim from the Kava Farmers Association recently in the Daily Post that tax will tarnish the export of kava.
Vanuatu Primary Producers Authority applauds regional kava dialogue
The Vanuatu Primary Producers Authority (VPPA) has applauded the first regional kava conference which commenced on Wednesday this week at the V-Lab office in Port Vila.
VPPA Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Timothy Tumukon, said that it’s important for kava producing and consuming countries to come together to discuss during this pandemic.
