The Provincial Forum brought together all leading farmers from each product group in Sanma Province. They came together to discuss ways to improve their farming practices, moving from smallholder farming to commercial farming. They also addressed concerns raised during the forum and made resolutions to implement in their work plans.

The resolutions were compiled and later will be presented to important agencies. During the forum, new provincial forum members were elected to represent Sanma Province in local and national forums. They also elected a representative to speak on their behalf in the VPPA Board.
